Thank you for this! I find Ramadan to be so interesting and I loved reading a simple breakdown of it. I spent the first couple days of Ramadan in Istanbul one year and that’s what piqued my interest! I remember watching everyone wash their hands before their big evening feast. It was a beautiful moment.
